1. Services Provided

A Photographic Touch LLC provides professional photography, videography, photobooth, and live streaming services for weddings, events, and other special occasions. Services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement.

All bookings are confirmed only after:

• A signed contract is received, and
• A non-refundable retainer fee is paid.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.
• Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of services.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as stated in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Retainer fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation policies are governed by the signed service agreement.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• If the Company is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event details and timelines
• Secure any necessary venue permissions
• Ensure a safe working environment for our team
• Designate a point of contact for event coordination

The Company is not responsible for missed coverage due to inaccurate information, late event start times, restricted access, or interference from guests or other vendors.

5. Artistic Style & Creative Control

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the Company’s portfolio and artistic style. A Photographic Touch LLC maintains creative discretion over:

• Composition
• Editing style
• Color grading
• Image and footage selection
• Final delivery format

Editing and artistic decisions are final and not subject to revision unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Delivery of Images & Video

• Delivery timelines will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Final products are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
• RAW, unedited images or video footage are not included unless stated in writing.
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their delivered files.

7. Copyright & Usage

All images and video content created by A Photographic Touch LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company and are protected under U.S. copyright law.

Clients receive a personal-use license to:

• Print images
• Share on social media
• Use for personal, non-commercial purposes

Commercial use, resale, alteration, or publication without written consent is prohibited.

8. Promotional Use

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, the Company reserves the right to use images and video footage for:

• Portfolio display
• Website galleries
• Social media
• Marketing and promotional materials

Clients requesting privacy must notify the Company in writing prior to the event.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure high-quality service and secure data handling:

• The Company is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or acts of God.
• In the unlikely event of lost, stolen, or corrupted media, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
• The Company is not responsible for compromised coverage due to guest interference, venue lighting limitations, or schedule delays.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt website functionality
• Copy or distribute website content without written permission
